Easy to put together and love it

This thing is rock solid and over built! It rolls like a dream. It sits as high as my counter top bar stools in my kitchen (and is slightly more comfortable). I used it to organize my garage and tools in a chest…I didn’t want to get off of it. It raises and lowers with ease. It is way more quality than I ever expected. The step by step instructions were easy to follow. All parts were present and add ons were easily integrated into the project. I even used the grandkids to help. The chair is very comfortable!

We just completed a new kitchen for my wife’s home based bakery and she’s been using my Vyper chair. She really liked using it. The primary color in the bakery is pink. Solid, heavy, American made quality! Took a while to put together, but worth it. Ended up with parts packs not listed in assembly instructions-but had everything that was needed to make it all work! I had the tool tray and adjustable back.
This warrior 2.0 chair is great! I got a vyper chair last year off the tool truck and I learned that day I’ve had the wrong stools and creepers my whole career. I now only have vypers everywhere! The shop, the home garage, even the kitchen 🤣
This is the sickest shop chair ever!
I’m 350lbs and have gone thru several other brand chairs that end up with busted wheel bearings and broken seat framing. I decided to go with the Viper and when assembling it, I noticed the quality of every part. Built like a tank, I do believe this chair will stand up to my test. Seat framing is a steel plate, so full faith in it supporting my weight. I added the big boy attachment, it’s like a sofa and will take awhile to get used to the width. I think I could have got by without adding it, but it will add some extra comfort with long hours in the shop. I haven’t used it long enough to know if the coaster wheels will live up, but they seem solid and roll smooth with a large diameter wheel. Give it 4 out of 5 stars, the overall cost killed that 5th star.
Undoubtedly qualifies under the "buy once, cry once" category. Yes, it has a high initial price... but the quality is undeniable and it feels like it will last the test of time. Overall, very pleased.

To be honest I was a little deflated when I opened the box. I was anticipating a dented part or two, too many of one bolt, not enough of this washer. What I received was quality packing to protect the components, quality fasteners in clearly labeled packages in the correct amounts needed to finish assembly. Everything fit like it should right out of the box. As a tradesman of many years it was a pleasant surprise to not have to do anything but assemble and put on my shop floor! Thank you.

This chair is a vast improvement over the wood shop stools that I have previously used for decades. Having the adjustable height is very useful around the shop. While more costly than they should be, the Big Boy and Adjustable Backrest add considerably to comfort for a large tall person. Very glad I got this chair.
I had mulled over purchasing this chair for almost a year now. After receiving it, putting it together, and testing it out for almost a month, I wish I had ordered it a year ago! The chair is very high-quality, very comfortable, and supportive for my bad back. I highly recommend the chair if you are in the market for a quality garage chair.

For a premium product the instructions should be better. The problem is that try to cram the entire assembly into 5 steps. But each step has like 3 of its own steps that you have to try to figure out by looking at the very small photos. Its not hard to assemble it just takes way longer than it should because of the instructions and hardware packaging. The hardware should be labeled better. The chair is nice but I wouldn't pay this price for it after owning it. It really should cost like $400 but unfortunately to my knowledge they don't have any competition in the premium shop chair market. For $700 I'd rather get a nice office chair. It will be built just as well and be way more comfortable. Just might not sit as low i guess.
Got the chairs plus various parts at different days little did I know I had to almost completely disassemble to install the added accessories. Now I want to order more but your customer service and people that answer phones will not pick up and answer. I've called 5 times to no avail. Bout to give up.
