We call it our 100% Guarantee because you get a full refund on your product and we pay for return shipping. If you're not completely satisfied with your Vyper purchase, here's how it works if returned within 30 days of delivery:
What you need to do
- Submit your return within 30 days of delivery to get your return started. The 30-day window begins the day your order is delivered. Click here to submit a return
- Return the product in its original packaging, including all original foam, inserts, hardware, and accessories.
- Ship it back using the prepaid label we provide. Product must arrive at our Wisconsin HQ within 14 days of the label being issued.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation in the box so we can process your refund faster.
How refunds work
Once your return arrives at our HQ and we've confirmed it meets the conditions above, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method once the product is inspected by our team. Returns that arrive used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging may be refused or refunded with a restock fee.
What's not covered
- Original outbound shipping charges (if you paid for shipping on your original order, that charge is not refunded).
- Orders shipped outside the contiguous 48 United States.
- Custom, made-to-order, apparel/merchandise, or personalized products.
- Wholesale, B2B, distributor, and tool truck orders.
- Products purchased anywhere other than vyperindustrial.com
