Undoubtedly qualifies under the "buy once, cry once" category. Yes, it has a high initial price... but the quality is undeniable and it feels like it will last the test of time. Overall, very pleased.

To be honest I was a little deflated when I opened the box. I was anticipating a dented part or two, too many of one bolt, not enough of this washer. What I received was quality packing to protect the components, quality fasteners in clearly labeled packages in the correct amounts needed to finish assembly. Everything fit like it should right out of the box. As a tradesman of many years it was a pleasant surprise to not have to do anything but assemble and put on my shop floor! Thank you.
Bought it for my grandson & he loves it. He’s a gearhead and says it’s exactly what he needed in his garage. My great grandson is 5 and loves to fly across the garage like his Dad.

I finally found a gift that not only functions for my husband but it meets the depends of use that will last . I can’t say enough about the customer service and graciousness of this company. I pray they stay in business long enough for my grandson ( 1year old) to be able to purchase his own chair, that is if his pops won’t pass down his to him by then. The assembly of the chair was also very easy, just a few minutes and no special tools needed

It’s a fantastic chair. I don’t use it in the traditional way. I use mine as an office chair at work because I have an elevated desk. It is extremely comfortable and I love the adjustability. Let me tell you it is most certainly a topic of conversation. Everyone loves it.
This chair is a vast improvement over the wood shop stools that I have previously used for decades. Having the adjustable height is very useful around the shop. While more costly than they should be, the Big Boy and Adjustable Backrest add considerably to comfort for a large tall person. Very glad I got this chair.
I had mulled over purchasing this chair for almost a year now. After receiving it, putting it together, and testing it out for almost a month, I wish I had ordered it a year ago! The chair is very high-quality, very comfortable, and supportive for my bad back. I highly recommend the chair if you are in the market for a quality garage chair.

I love that you're Wisconsin-based and that the engineering feels home-grown. The fasteners and steel parts are robust. I would scream high praise from the roof tops if you replaced the sytrofoam with cardboard and the instructions included were more intuitive and descriptive. I had a million little stryo pieces all over my new chair as well as all over my garage when I was through. And then there were a few steps that it would have been easier if extra pointers were included as better photos.
Very well built...wheels roll smooth...thick metal lots of bolts very sturdy at no time do I feel like like the chairs are unstable

the cost is too expensive, especially when ypu have to assembleit yourself. Uncomfortable material and padding. Does not roll easily as advertised. back rest too low. I will never buy the product again.
I went back and forth on this stool for a while, seemed like a lot of money for a shop stool. I finally got it, and just put the thing together this morning. It is such a beauty, could not be happier I finally hit buy. Extremely high-quality hardware, great feel and with a height I can comfortably work at my bench seated. I love this stool!!
Back now fills good after sitting and welding.

Got them put together, the assembly was easy, the directions were easy to follow. I'm still looking forward to using them more.
The quality of the chair is great. My basement floor is smooth, but not perfectly flat, with minor imperfections. I notice when I roll across the floor the bottom carriage spins below me franticly which will push me directions id rather not go. This also creates an inconvenience when I am rolled up to a bench as when I try to fine tune my position it always want to roll back to where "it" wants to go , not where I want to be.

I will not order another product from your company. For the premium USA price I paid to purchase all of the bragged about items, I would have expected to recieved all the items in one shot. I ordered four items on 6 Sept; the adjustable handrails, big boy seat, ez lift extended chair, and the adjustable backrest. The first items, I got were the handrails and big boy seat! What am i supposed to do with those. I starred at those for 15 days! Then, snail pace shipping later, got the chair, just to stare at that for another two days, cause I didn't have the adjustable backrest. In the beginning, I was really looking forward to the items, as I didn't want to pay that type of price on a military pay budget, but I bit the bullet and pressed the order button. After this timeline of waiting for the entire order to end up at front door, I am no longer a fan, and as expressed before, I will not purchase any more product from you. Thanks for initially taking my money and showing me how well not organized you are in full filling orders appropriately. Some recommendations: 1. Pay attention to the customer's orders. 2. Do not ship items until all items are avaliable to ship. Save gas, time and money. 3. Follow up email with order statuses to include when all items will be shipped. 4. If you do not plan to change how you ship, #2, then at least send an email stating "when" the other items will be shipped. The customer should not have to contact to ask. The excuse stating you have had an overwhelming amount of orders and are working to ship my items is not something a customer wants to hear. 5. Be sure any merchandise you may sell or sell, like T- Shirts, are not made elsewhere like China. Thanks for allowing me to present feedback. Take care

Well packed, arrived undamaged. Lots of parts and bolts!! Took awhile to assemble and reassemble. Recommend watching the appropriate assembly video several times. It is very freewheeling and comfortable . I like everything but the price!

Biggest problem is there should have been a video assembling the Freedom chair. For a girl assembling by herself, it would have been a bigggg game changer if the parts bags which are confusing if you would also put the number on it also that reflects in the assembly book. Having the item numbered would have been a faster to assemble. Really would appreciate you considering this be done on all parts bags. Love my chair but it was confusing for a girl.
I had one of the shorter chairs which is great but I some leg issues and it was painful to stand up from it. I got the taller one which has the same greatness but easier for me to sit down and stand up. My wife is happy as she got the shorter one. It is the right size as she is 5 ft tall, so it all worked out. I ordered easy lift kit for the taller chair which is a big win, and yes I will get one for the other seat as well.
The chair is very well built and rolls over all the cracks in the floor without catching.
I was skeptical about ordering a shop stool this expensive, but it is absolutely worth it. Very comfortable and well built. The large casters make moving around the shop feel safer than anything I’ve used before, and the stool is just flat out comfortable to sit on. I’m so glad that I broke down and ordered this for myself. Now I’m trying to justify the cost for another one to use when I’m working in the basement.

A Vyper limited edition is a one-time small-batch run of an existing product (chair, stool, creeper, or cart) in a named colorway, finish, or collaboration design, for example: Ghoul (glow-in-the-dark), Phantom (color-shift chameleon), Sublime (green), Voodoo, Scorch, Joker, Vein, Tribute (military canvas), and Warrior 2.0 (hot pink).
We also have an existing line of collaborations with Vyper x Realtree® and Vyper x Hendrick Motorsports that are always available.
Each limited edition features unique embroidery, custom badges, exclusive stickers and a specific colorway you won't find in the standard lineup. The underlying build (steel frame, casters, foam, mechanisms, capacity, warranty) is identical to the standard product.
Once a Vyper limited edition sells out, it does not restock. That's the point, small batch, no second runs. Buyers who miss a drop have to wait for the next release, which will be a different colorway or collaboration entirely.
There are two different styles of limited editions: time based and quantity based.
Some editions we will run where it’s first come first serve (quantity based). Other times we will run a limited colorway for a certain amount of time (time based). If you miss the cutoff, there’s no going back.
Occasionally we will re-release a previously sold-out edition as a special return (for example, "Scorch, Joker, Volt, Shocker and Viola are back" was a one-time encore drop, called out as a last-chance opportunity). But the default policy is one-and-done. If you see a limited edition in stock and you want it, lock it in.
No. The build is identical to the standard product. A limited edition Robust Steel Max is the same Robust Steel Max underneath: same powder-coated steel frame, same 3.5" industrial foam, same lumbar-support backrest, same 400 lb capacity, same 5-caster anti-tip base, same lifetime warranty on the frame.
What changes is the finish: custom powdercoat color, custom embroidery, custom badges, and specific accent colors on hardware and stitching. You're getting the same chair Chip Foose, Jay Leno and Gas Monkey Garage use, just in a finish that won't be made again.
The fastest way is signing up for the Vyper email list and following @vyperchair on Instagram and YouTube, limited editions are announced usually 1 to 2 weeks before the drop with the exact date and time. Most drops go live at 9 AM CST on the announced date.
High-demand drops frequently sell out within hours. Customers on the email list get the announcement first, which is the difference between getting the chair and not.
Yes. Limited edition chairs are compatible with the full Vyper accessory lineup (armrests, backrests, EZ-Lift, Big Boy attachment, tool trays, footrails, Sidekick). Many limited editions offer matching-color accessories during the drop window; once the drop closes, accessories may only be available in standard colors.
