All orders placed from November 18th - December 8th will be granted additional days to return, free of charge, after the holidays. Orders placed within the timeframe above will be able to return or exchange their order for free (must be in the original packaging) through January 15th, 2025.
All orders placed through our Black Friday / Cyber Monday / Holiday Sales will also be granted all return information listed below.
STANDARD RETURN POLICY
Vyper proudly backs all products with a 30-day, 105% money-back guarantee. Any purchases made after June 2023, may be returned within 30 days from the original date of delivery for a refund of 105% of the total purchase price (minus shipping costs). To qualify, products must be returned complete in the original packaging to Vyper Industrial, 2545 Larsen Road, Green Bay, WI 54303 within 30 days of the original confirmed date of delivery. The guarantee is applicable to purchases made from vyperindustrial.com only. Retail purchases will be handled by the particular store’s return policy. Any products returned within the 30-day window without original packaging or outside the 30-day window regardless of packaging, will be subject to a restocking fee and customers will be responsible for return shipping fees. There are no returns permitted on custom and/or limited edition products, without exception.
