STANDARD RETURN POLICY
Vyper proudly backs all products with a 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee. Any purchases made after June 2023, may be returned within 30 days from the original date of shipment for a refund of 100% PLUS Vyper will cover the return shipping costs. Vyper will provide you a return shipping label back to our facility if it is returned within 30 days. To expedite your refund when we have received your product back at our HQ, please include a copy of your order confirmation email within the package so our team can quickly locate your order in our system.
Refunds only include the total amount of your order, excluding any shipping expenses paid on the original order.
Scenario 1: You spent over $200 on our site and you received free shipping on your order. If you wanted to return this within 30 days in it's original packaging, you would receive a full refund PLUS we would cover the shipping cost back to Vyper HQ.
Scenario 2: You spent under $200 on our site and you paid for shipping on your order. If you wanted to return this within 30 days in it's original packaging, you would receive a full refund PLUS we would cover the shipping cost back to Vyper HQ. You would not receive a refund for the shipping paid on your original order.
If for some reason you would ever be dissatisfied, contact us to return your product within 30 days of your purchase. Vyper will cover the shipping from your location back to our facility.
To qualify for our return policy, products must be returned complete in the original packaging within 30 days of the original confirmed date of delivery. The guarantee is applicable to purchases made from vyperindustrial.com only. Retail purchases will be handled by the particular store’s return policy. Any products returned within the 30-day window without original packaging or outside the 30-day window regardless of packaging, will be subject to a restocking fee and customers will be responsible for return shipping fees. Returns permitted on limited edition products will be charged 15% restock fee.
