Once you're set up in the system and had an initial call with Vyper's Tool Truck Manager, the setup order will be placed to get some Vyper product on your trucks.

One the setup order is placed and you have Vyper product, you're off to the races! The sky is the limit on how much Vyper product you can distribute on your trucks.

How much could I make?

Truly as much as you want! With our favorable pricing, you will be well on your way!

Do I have to stock product on my truck?

Yes, we have a list of required products that will need to be purchased with your discount before you can begin selling Vyper Products on your tool truck(s).

This information is shown in the acceptance email from our tool truck team.

When do I get my cut?

Every tool truck is different, but we recommend taking your customers payment on your own payment processor and then placing the order on the Vyper website with your discount that will automatically be applied when you sign in.

Therefore, you would get your cut as soon as your customers pay you.

Do you offer net terms?

For the first month, all purchases must be paid in full. After credit trust is built, then Net terms can be discussed.

What payment methods do you offer?

For the first starter order, all purchases must be made online with credit card.

Once initial order is placed, each franchisee will be on NET 15 or NET 30 terms.

What are Vyper's lead times?

Lead times are typically 1-4 business days for shipping. For larger volume orders or sales events, lead times may be extended. Businesses can expedite lead times by providing a UPS, FedEx, or USPS shipping account. All shipping labels are printed and fulfilled in the order in which they are received.

Do you have flame-retardant seating?

Do you offer custom branding?

Custom branding is offered on orders of 5 or more chairs. We do not accept trademarked logos unless it is approved by a representative within the organization itself. All logos are stitched into the seat but not the backrest.
