How to File a Claim

Step 2: We Review & Ship
For damaged or stolen packages, we typically ship your replacement within 1-2 business days of receiving your claim.
For lost packages, we'll coordinate with the carrier to confirm the package is lost (usually 5-7 business days), then ship your replacement immediately.
Step 3: Enjoy Your Product
We'll send tracking info to your email. No need to return damaged items in most casesādispose of them however you'd like.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need Shipping Protection?
It's optional, but we recommend it. While carriers are generally reliable, damage and theft do happen. For $12, you get instant peace of mind and fast replacement if anything goes wrong.
What if I didn't purchase Shipping Protection and my package was damaged?
You'll need to file a claim directly with the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.). This process typically takes 2-4 weeks and requires you to work with the carrier for resolution. Shipping Protection lets us handle it for youāfast.
How do I know if damage happened during shipping vs. was a defect?
Shipping damage usually shows on the packaging tooācrushed boxes, punctures, etc. Manufacturing defects appear on the product itself with no packaging damage. Either way, we'll take care of youāShipping Protection or Warranty will cover it.
Can I add Shipping Protection after I place my order?
No, Shipping Protection must be added at checkout before your order ships.
Is there a limit to how much is covered?
Shipping Protection covers the full value of your order, up to $2,500. For orders over $2,500, please contact us for additional coverage options.
What if only part of my order was damaged?
We'll replace only the damaged items. You keep everything that arrived safely.
What if my package was stolen?
Let us know within 15 days of delivery. If the carrier has a delivery photo, we'll share it with you to confirm the theft occurred after delivery. In most cases, we'll ship your replacement right away. For certain circumstances, we may request a police report or additional documentation.
