Wish it would have arrived all at the same time. My husband could not wait to tryout so he put it together right away. A few days later the accessory arrived. He don’t care though he loves it and has already given away old creeper chair. Great purchase for a mechanic that has everything else.

The stools are the best built in world! Plus the fact that they are built in the USA makes them even better. My Snapon stool doesn’t even come close to the quality of these stools. The snapon stool hung up on my mats infront of my work bench, the Vyper’s just roll right over them. Thanks for the quality love them!

After considering purchasing this chair for several months, I finally ordered it. Shipping was prompt but my chair was missing a couple of critical parts. Customer service was great. They understood the problem and corrected it quickly with no issues. The chair is as solid and comfortable as advertised and I am happy with the purchase.
I love the it, but I was a little disappointed that it came with a few chips in the powder coating. I was also disappointed with the wheels for a $600 stool. Other than that, definitely the best shop stool I have ever had.
I wanted the darker camo so I don't see the stains in the future, the chair is built for a lifetime, solid and well engineered. Love it.
Super easy to spec out the chair you want and the assembly instructions are super easy and helpful.
This chair has exceeded my expectations in quality, comfort and color. Cheaper options don't provide the comfort for long hours working on working on our fleet of aircraft. This is my 2nd chair and I would recommend the Robust Steel Max as well as the adjustable backrest to any mechanic.

This was a gift for my husband. So disappointed in the stuff you can buy at the local stores. This was a great find. The price might be a little scary at first but if you have a garage guy in your life you'll spend way more than this on the cheap stuff.
I actually bought this chair for 2 reasons.. My Mom was a breast cancer survivor, she was cancer free when she past. My other reason, all for me...pink and black are my colors and it's perfect for playing games!!! LOVE IT!!

I bought this to help me reach the lower drawers and cabinets in my kitchen. The pink matches nothing in my kitchen, but I love it all the same. I chose the pink 🩷 in memory of my mother and Aunt, both of who passed from breast cancer. I am able to sit and raise and lower myself as needed without issue. I find it comfortable. Cute and fun. I am happy with my purchase. As you can see it is also kid tested and approved.
This is actually my 5th chair purchase. When I saw it was to support breast cancer I had to get it. From my previous purchases I realized the seat extension was necessary and was elated to see they matched the stitching. These are well engineered chairs which I may need to add to my collection in the future.

Only problem is all pieces are not shipped together. I ordered all upgrades and 8 items. They are not all here yet, meaning I can"t finish assembly until all components arrive. They are trickling in.

This is a high quality chair! The material is high quality with no sharp edges and nicely finished. Works great. The instruction sheet that came with the chair, quite frankly, sucks. I had to use the on-line videos which makes it harder for me, I'd rather use an instruction sheet. One big drawback on the instruction sheet is that it is not explained which bolt/nut to use in any particular step in the assembly. The video was helpful in that it did call out what hardware to use when. Last comment, got extra of some hardware which wasn't needed, but was short on several pieces that were needed. I did send an email to customer service on this. I do like the chair! it works well. It lowers and rises easily. Smooth rolling on the caster wheels. A nice product at its price point. Worth the extra money.
Daughter is an automotive body prep and painter. Bought her a red Vyper chair in June for her 26th birthday. But she loves Pink and when the Warrior 2.0 came out I knew she would want one! My beautiful wife is a breast cancer survivor ❤️

A Vyper limited edition is a one-time small-batch run of an existing product (chair, stool, creeper, or cart) in a named colorway, finish, or collaboration design, for example: Ghoul (glow-in-the-dark), Phantom (color-shift chameleon), Sublime (green), Voodoo, Scorch, Joker, Vein, Tribute (military canvas), and Warrior 2.0 (hot pink).
We also have an existing line of collaborations with Vyper x Realtree® and Vyper x Hendrick Motorsports that are always available.
Each limited edition features unique embroidery, custom badges, exclusive stickers and a specific colorway you won't find in the standard lineup. The underlying build (steel frame, casters, foam, mechanisms, capacity, warranty) is identical to the standard product.
Once a Vyper limited edition sells out, it does not restock. That's the point, small batch, no second runs. Buyers who miss a drop have to wait for the next release, which will be a different colorway or collaboration entirely.
There are two different styles of limited editions: time based and quantity based.
Some editions we will run where it’s first come first serve (quantity based). Other times we will run a limited colorway for a certain amount of time (time based). If you miss the cutoff, there’s no going back.
Occasionally we will re-release a previously sold-out edition as a special return (for example, "Scorch, Joker, Volt, Shocker and Viola are back" was a one-time encore drop, called out as a last-chance opportunity). But the default policy is one-and-done. If you see a limited edition in stock and you want it, lock it in.
No. The build is identical to the standard product. A limited edition Robust Steel Max is the same Robust Steel Max underneath: same powder-coated steel frame, same 3.5" industrial foam, same lumbar-support backrest, same 400 lb capacity, same 5-caster anti-tip base, same lifetime warranty on the frame.
What changes is the finish: custom powdercoat color, custom embroidery, custom badges, and specific accent colors on hardware and stitching. You're getting the same chair Chip Foose, Jay Leno and Gas Monkey Garage use, just in a finish that won't be made again.
The fastest way is signing up for the Vyper email list and following @vyperchair on Instagram and YouTube, limited editions are announced usually 1 to 2 weeks before the drop with the exact date and time. Most drops go live at 9 AM CST on the announced date.
High-demand drops frequently sell out within hours. Customers on the email list get the announcement first, which is the difference between getting the chair and not.
Yes. Limited edition chairs are compatible with the full Vyper accessory lineup (armrests, backrests, EZ-Lift, Big Boy attachment, tool trays, footrails, Sidekick). Many limited editions offer matching-color accessories during the drop window; once the drop closes, accessories may only be available in standard colors.
