Don't know why wheels making a squishy sound when rolling around. Tried 3X to check the reason butto no avail. The replacement wheels are good for about a month then the sounds start and gets louder after that. Worked with your company with no positive solutions, just change the casters. Neighbors can hear the Noises. Other than that the Caster housing is great, strong and supports a lot of weight. Other than that no outstanding complaints.

I Love my Silver Back chair and the way the wheels roll over stuff. I had a DIY project and wanted the same roll ability that I had with by Viper chair. I purchased 4 caster wheels and I received them in a timely manner, but they didn’t have the screws and bolts. I contacted Viper Customer Service, Viper customer service was incredible. Within days, I had screws and bolts for my project. They were sent to me free of charger. Great customer Service Thank you again. Jay

What can I say they(Vyper) stands behind their product my seat adjuster wasn’t working like it used to. One phone call and they sent out a new one just order some new casters and thinking of upgrading to the auto seat adjuster. This is the best shop chair I’ve owned and worth every penny I will be buying the taller version next. I first saw them SEMA in 2020 almost bought it there got home and started using my Cornwell roller and ordered the Vyper soon after,way more comfortable rolled over cords tile what ever. I’m a PDR tech and often on the facebook PDR groups they ask what’s the best chair for PDR hands done it’s the Vyper worth the $$$

bought a H.F. stool junk sear feel apart wheels fell apart had to make a plate for bottom with old wheels not good. Then bought one short stool from you great tool then bough a tall one it's tool tall for me i'm 5' 11 not comfortable for me saw you sold wheels so bought 5 of them made old H.F. stool works good now will probably buy shorter stands for it, wish you mad a medium height stool sides
After 4 years of daily abuse my casters finally needed to be replaced ive never owned a shop chair long enough to even replace the wheels . Solid products 👌
The replacement wheels were a breeze to put on. It restored my chair to factory new. I use my chairs every day and appreciate the ability to replace a bad part to able to continue and extend the life of my purchase. These are best shop chairs around.

4” wheels roll much easier over cracks I switched out the 3” for 4”. Seat is too hard I plan to redesign that. I should have purchased the nxt grade chair up I didn’t do my research got in too big of a hurry to purchase the chair I saw on television

I don't own a Vyper stool but I needed casters for my own height adjustable stool project and these practically glide over dirty concrete floor. Would be great to see a more compact Vyper stool, better suited for cramped shops. There are plenty of small cheap stools with a small footprint but they don't last. So, I made my own

These are exceptional casters. I replaced the 3" sport model casters with the 4". If I were to purchase another Viper Chair, this is my second, I would not purchase the Sport Model again. Small Casters Pinned height adjustment, black frame are not what I expected. My mistake as I failed to read the discription well enough. I just assumed it was the same as the other models but without the stainless rail.

The chair is fantastic, but the old casters are breaking down :( way too soon. The new casters went on fairly easy and I'm in business again.

I recently purchased the Robust steel sport and like you advertised I will not want another. I decided to upgrade my unit with the 4” wheels. I’m a big person and just felt I needed it to be more stable for me as I moved around my work area. And this just a me thing.
Put some miles on the old set of wheels and needed some new ones! The chair handles and wheels good again!
