It Seem to be packaged well, it wasn't unbox, because it was sent out as gift to my son. But as soon as he undoxes it I'll get a better idea how it working out for him
I used my chair for the first time and overall it is a big improvement over my previous stool. What makes this chair better is the wider and more stable base along with larger wheels which roll easier over macadam driveway. Plenty of tool storage in the tray. The back rest is nice when you need a break from working and can lean back into it. Structurally, the chair is very sturdy and can handle any task that I could give it.
The seat is very nice very nice quality but my problem is I ordered it on July 5 and I did not get it by july 15 . I finally called and ask and then I was told that you guys were waiting on Parts which I thought you guys should’ve notified me I shouldn’t have to call and then I did not receive it till July 28. Very disappointed in the procedure of buying it from you.
Your chair is exactly as advertised, it is the most comfortable and well-designed garage chair I've ever had and it rolls as smooth as butter! I am a very happy camper 😊
I like the chair. It rolls well, and is very stable. But for the price point, honestly I was expecting more. The powder coating is already scratching off the post that slides up and down, and the pin in the seat is a little bit of a nuisance. The hardware is nice, assembly was pretty straightforward, my box didn’t come with any paper instructions, and the video was outdated. I do use the seat every day and the quality is there. But looking back I probably wouldn’t purchase the product again. I just don’t see the value.
GOOD SOLID CHAIR SHOULD HELP MY BACK ISSUES. I THINK I WOULD FEEL BETTER IF IT HAD BIGGER CASTERS LIKE ON OTHER VYPER CHAIRS BUT TIME WILL TELL. THANKS FOR THE CHAIR
The center stem was not machined at the top, stuck up enough to damage the seat cushion. I ground it down to flat. The center stem when in the lowest slot, drags on the floor. Again I ground down to clear floor. It's a pretty thing but hard to get around as compared to my favorite chair which has four very fast casters and is small. I will not use the Viper chair and would already try to return but the box quite literally fell apart. A tear to one side and cheap cardboard. Return policy says without box I am sol. Can you help? Thank you

Unfortunately I have not been able to use or assembled my new chair yet as I a out of town for work for the next two months. But if it is as nice as they look I'm sure I will thoroughly enjoy my new chair.
I like that it has 5 wheels. My garage floor is a little rough in some places where my other chairs had a hard time navigating.Your chair goes over wit ease

This was a gift for my father's 82'nd birthday. He is still very active in his shop working on cars. But his back has some issues and he needed a stool that was comfortable and had a solid backrest. And needless to say he loves it for many reasons. Highly recommend
When I purchased my viper I told the young lady named Rachel that I was elderly man and I would appreciate if the could send it as soon as possible. She said she would do what she could. Thought long and hard before plopping down my hard earned money to buy one of these premium chairs. I”ve had a Craftsman/Harbor Freight model for years now and got really tired of that unit not rolling well on the floor. I couldn’t justify the extra cost of one of these until recently. After I closed my hangar door on the crappy foreign made chair I knew it was time for a replacement. I’d seen the Vyper Chair before, (my neighbor has one) and I thought nice but it’s a lot of money. Well with my age quickly advancing and my body telling me, you can get up off the floor anymore I decided it was time to make an investment. These chairs are well made, solid engineering and easy to assemble. Vyper didn’t waste any time shipping my new unit and I assembled it quickly. Can’t believe I didn’t do this before. It’s a great tool, investment and something I can hand down to my children as this thing will last several generations. I wish they’re partner with Lazy Boy and build a recliner and then I could move from one to the other… :-)

Before I get to the issues let me just say that Rachel in customer service was wonderful every step of the way. 5 out of 5 stars. Recommend you make sure she's happy and stays that way. She's good for your business. Now, the issues: 1.) The blue paint on the five supports was too thick for the bolts to fit through, so I had to drill them out with a step bit. 2.) The large pinch bolts for the supports to the tray were impossible to turn. I even tried an 18" breaker bar and couldn't get them fully seated. I understand your heavy-duty product approach, but this was ridiculous for a simple shop stool. It's not like it's for a heavy-vibration industrial application. You could have just used a simple nylon-ringed lock nut. Or provided lock washers. This is overkill, and was a real frustration. Rachel looked into whether there was an option, but there was none. So... I had to go out and buy my own lock nuts. Unbelievable. (BTW, the smaller pinch bolts worked fine.) 3.) The locking casters. The spiked locking plates were both bent. I provided pictures in my discussions with Rachel. Also, the foot lever for locking the casters couldn't put them down on the rubber wheel because they jammed up against the metal outside of the caster. 4.) Again, Rachel was great here, and sent me two new ones. However, they both had the same problem. Is there no one who is responsible for making sure that a replacement product doesn't have the same defect before it gets shipped out? I couldn't believe it. In the end, I got a pair of casters that worked, but I still had to loosen the bolt holding on the foot lever to get it to fully rotate. In summary: 1 star for quality control and product design. 5 stars for Rachel. And for the $425. I paid, I think I'm justified in expecting everything should have been perfect. SO disappointing. After everything was over with, I asked for a $100. refund, which I thought was quite reasonable given all of my time and aggravation. You agreed to $50, which I guess is better than nothing. I can tell you this: I won't be buying anything else from Vyper. P.S. Your assembly instructions place the parts illustration and numbers at the back of the manual. These should have been right up front, like most. It took me a while to figure out which parts to use. Then I ultimately found them.
I got this as a gift from my family and I love it!
The product itself is great, but the styrofoam packaging material is a total PIA. Little bits get everywhere and it's really hard to clean up. Plus styrofoam is really bad for the environment.

Product arrived on time and in new condition. While assembling one of the bolts or one of the nuts had a thread bent. whether in shipping or manufacture I'm not sure. Thread chased both and finished assembly. Happy with the product!!
My retired, 73 year old husband spends quite a bit of time in his garage (shop) playing with his truck. He's always rolling around out there, polishing the wheels, waxing it, keeping it looking like it just rolled off the show room floor!!
