Love the chair. Assembly instructions need a bit more clarification concerning the bolts. All hardware should be in one package. Solid product, as a veteran, glad to find a product made in the USA. Thank you

Great chair!
The cart and chair make a big difference in my wok day. The cart with all the accessories handles my day to day mechanic work and the chair makes it way more comfortable to sit for a long period of time while conducting diagnostic testing.
Chair and additions arrived promptly and in good condition.
Awesome as always!
It was easy to add to my chair. Provides additional capability at the point of use.
Just a great chair👍
I have not received my chair yet, so I don’t know perform
Very well made chair. Smooth gliding wheels, multifunctional heights, and foot bar near the bottom to rest your feet. Great buy!
Very well made hi quality chair love it
I just got my own. Picked 2 up for work put them together and decided I needed my own. Love the chair and The Ford Logo and color.
Other than the miscommunication with the shipping, everything was great. I did not receive any action in checking my status after a week, but after contacting support, it was quickly resolved. The packaging was excellent. I could have tossed the box around before opening and the contents would be flawless.
Well built and nice arm rest height adjustment. Very comfortable and rounded edges give it a professional look. The edge guards also keep the chair from accidentally damaging something close by. I also like the slight angle feature. The arm rest pads are adjustable enough to give comfort for just about anyone. Very happy 😊.
i wish the backrest was higher i am 6'4"and could use the extra length
This product was packaged very well and survived the shipping with no issues.
Do this. FedEx lost track of these shipment for a couple of days but I wasn’t too concerned since I had purchased the protection. Highly recommend.
Shipment was a bit confusing with FEDEX not knowing what they were doing. They kept saying the driver was close by and would deliver before 6:30pm. But it didn’t show up until the next day.
This was a gift and he absolutely loves it! He recently had both knees replaced so this is a Godsend as it allows him to work on the brakes etc. He was quite impressed that he was able to roll over the cracks and debris in the driveway without tipping the chair. He was very thankful that I ordered the seat extension, he said that was definitely a plus as there was no way that he could fall off the chair.
Stop using the styrofoam packing material unless you wrap it in plastic. I spent more time picking up the little bits of styrofoam then I did in putting my product together.
I bought my husband a rolling stool last year and he really likes it. I saw the introduction to your shop rollers I did my research and knew my husband would love this in his shop. The price was higher but I assumed it was because of the quality. I was right so durable and tough. Best shop gift I have ever purchased. Lora E.
Arrived 10 days after the chair. SO, was not here for chair assembling. Not used. Will be discovered in unopened box in the back of the garage when I die.
The packing was great. Instructions were good but could've been a little better if the bag numbers were labeled to match the instructions instead of having to match part numbers. Otherwise assembly was easy and the pieces fit together perfectly. Only have one issue, the base spins when I move the stool, but that could be because my garage floor is uneven. It's a great stool.
I love the quality of the materials
Bought Vyper chair for my husband, he loves it!
This is an awesome robust chair. I may even buy one for my shop! I bought this as a guitar chair. It has a wide base that enables me to get one or both legs up a bit. It has an adjustable seat and is SOLID. Not some cheap-0. I have been through several "guitar chairs", that worked as well, cost more but we're cheap, and lasted a couple years. Last chair I will ever have to buy for my studio. Like I said, going to have to get one for my shop now.
Believe me, I had major doubts about spending over $600 on a "shop stool". But, the more I looked at the pics and the construction, it appeared to be pretty robust and long lasting. So, I jumped. Best purchase I've made in a long time! I'm setting up my shop area in a new home garage, and I'm continuously using this stool (chair?) in the low position. The large casters (nobody else does this!) easily roll around with plenty of confidence in the stability. I can't wait until I'm done and can use it like it was intended. You won't regret this purchase!!
fantastic chair.
Instructions are awful. Please label bags correctly and give step by step Instructions.
My previous chair was just a wooden stool. This new viper chair is much more comfortable and versatile allowing me to work on vehicles in the lower position. And then also raise it up to work at the desk.
I thought the assembly and instructions were complicated. I paid my highly qualified handyman $180 to assemble my stool. He struggled for 3 hours!
Takes a little while to put together, but very well made. I wish at this cost you could have included the tool tray.
Amazing chair!! I have a small guitar shop and I throttled through 3-4 stools/chairs in the last year. $60-100 each. I knew about Vyper, and I was certainly interested, but the price held me back. When my 4th stool broke (non replaceable caster fell off), it occurred to me that I had already spent the same amount on a bunch of cheap stools/ chairs. Thats when I finally committed to buying a Vyper. Box arrived in perfect condition. Packing was perfect (though I hate styrofoam). The chair….? My immediate thought was, “holy $hit, Bullet proof, why didn’t I do this sooner!” Already looking to add arm rests and but another. All seriousness, these are the real thing!!!
Great experience ordering, fast shipping, easy to assemble! Fantastic chair, glides smooth, great height. Love everything about it! Tempted to order another one!
It's impressive birthday gift for my son. He's an auto tech, he will love it
Great chair—comfortable and rolls really well. I do wish the backrest were a bit wider, but it’s still comfortable and supportive. One thing I’d suggest Vyper improve is the assembly instructions. The chair included nylon washers for the casters, but the instructions didn’t mention them. I struggled to get all of the casters tightened down because of the recessed mounting area, then noticed the package of nylon washers. Updating the instructions to show where those washers go would save customers some unnecessary frustration.
To be honest, your chairs are very well made. But way overpriced. I cannot get my cupholders on my chairs with my armrest. Am I missing a direction?
The quality of ALL of the components is second to none.... Be sure to scan the QR code for the assembly videos as the written ones in the box leave a lot to be desired.
This is my second chair. one low one high. Love them both.
Awesome looking product can't wait till my second one is shipped !
Wondering why shipping protection needs a review if package arrived without issue as mine did. Just glad I didn’t need to test it - haha
