I bought my husband a rolling stool last year and he really likes it. I saw the introduction to your shop rollers I did my research and knew my husband would love this in his shop. The price was higher but I assumed it was because of the quality. I was right so durable and tough. Best shop gift I have ever purchased. Lora E.

The packing was great. Instructions were good but could've been a little better if the bag numbers were labeled to match the instructions instead of having to match part numbers. Otherwise assembly was easy and the pieces fit together perfectly. Only have one issue, the base spins when I move the stool, but that could be because my garage floor is uneven. It's a great stool.

This is an awesome robust chair. I may even buy one for my shop! I bought this as a guitar chair. It has a wide base that enables me to get one or both legs up a bit. It has an adjustable seat and is SOLID. Not some cheap-0. I have been through several "guitar chairs", that worked as well, cost more but we're cheap, and lasted a couple years. Last chair I will ever have to buy for my studio. Like I said, going to have to get one for my shop now.
Believe me, I had major doubts about spending over $600 on a "shop stool". But, the more I looked at the pics and the construction, it appeared to be pretty robust and long lasting. So, I jumped. Best purchase I've made in a long time! I'm setting up my shop area in a new home garage, and I'm continuously using this stool (chair?) in the low position. The large casters (nobody else does this!) easily roll around with plenty of confidence in the stability. I can't wait until I'm done and can use it like it was intended. You won't regret this purchase!!

My previous chair was just a wooden stool. This new viper chair is much more comfortable and versatile allowing me to work on vehicles in the lower position. And then also raise it up to work at the desk.
I thought the assembly and instructions were complicated. I paid my highly qualified handyman $180 to assemble my stool. He struggled for 3 hours!
Takes a little while to put together, but very well made. I wish at this cost you could have included the tool tray.
Amazing chair!! I have a small guitar shop and I throttled through 3-4 stools/chairs in the last year. $60-100 each. I knew about Vyper, and I was certainly interested, but the price held me back. When my 4th stool broke (non replaceable caster fell off), it occurred to me that I had already spent the same amount on a bunch of cheap stools/ chairs. Thats when I finally committed to buying a Vyper. Box arrived in perfect condition. Packing was perfect (though I hate styrofoam). The chair….? My immediate thought was, “holy $hit, Bullet proof, why didn’t I do this sooner!” Already looking to add arm rests and but another. All seriousness, these are the real thing!!!

Great chair—comfortable and rolls really well. I do wish the backrest were a bit wider, but it’s still comfortable and supportive. One thing I’d suggest Vyper improve is the assembly instructions. The chair included nylon washers for the casters, but the instructions didn’t mention them. I struggled to get all of the casters tightened down because of the recessed mounting area, then noticed the package of nylon washers. Updating the instructions to show where those washers go would save customers some unnecessary frustration.
To be honest, your chairs are very well made. But way overpriced. I cannot get my cupholders on my chairs with my armrest. Am I missing a direction?
The quality of ALL of the components is second to none.... Be sure to scan the QR code for the assembly videos as the written ones in the box leave a lot to be desired.

The best part of assembling my new viper chairs was being able to sit on my existing viper chair while assembling the new ones.

Awesome chair
After my shipment arrived I watched your company video and using the directions pamphlet I was able to assemble the chair in two hours. I have the elevated chair with the ez-lift seat I can comfortably go from working at my counter to checking wheels etc. I’m 75 years old and recovering from heart bypass surgery. This chair helps allow me to get back in my shop and do what I love to do . No more standing or bending over for long periods of time. So far this chair has been a game changer for me and it is built in the good old USA by American people who care as deeply for our country as myself and my family. Worth every penny and engineered to make working a joy. My dad once told me that a working person needs only two items that you can’t skimp on “comfortable work shoes and a comfortable bed because without them you’re workdays will be miserable and you can’t get much done “. Peace of mind spending the money the insurance unfortunately is needed
I thought I would really like the creeper however I’m 65 years old and my knees are worn out from doing what I do for so many years. I never really thought about the getting up and down on it until I first tried to get on it and there is no padding on the lower part of it to put my knee on to get down on it. It really hurts to do so and I had to go back to my snap on creepers for that reason, other than that I. Think I would like it

It does not roll as well as you claim. The seat has plenty of cushion but is small. It is no wonder you have the option of purchasing additions for each side. Purchasing this seat was a mistake on my part.
