Salary: Base salary + aggressive commission structure

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a National Account Manager who’s equal parts hunter and farmer - someone who can aggressively grow our tool truck franchise network while cultivating long-term success for existing partners. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build and own a national channel that will take Vyper to the next level.
You won’t be waiting for leads - you’ll be finding them, closing them, and turning them into thriving, loyal partners.
What You'll Do
- Hunt and close new tool truck franchise partners nationwide
- Assess potential partners for brand fit, growth potential, and long-term success
- Own onboarding - train partners to understand and represent the Vyper brand at the highest level
- Build strong, lasting relationships through proactive coaching, support, and consistent follow-up
- Monitor partner performance, provide actionable insights, and drive results
- Implement incentive and reward programs that motivate top-performing franchises
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to streamline systems and maximize efficiency
- Travel as needed to meet partners, attend trade shows, and support regional launches
Who You Are
- 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in industrial tools, automotive, manufacturing, or distribution
- Proven hunter - comfortable cold outreach, prospecting, pitching, and closing new accounts
- Skilled farmer - able to nurture long-term relationships, coach partners, and drive measurable results
- Relationship builder - know how to gain trust, influence decision-makers, and navigate complex organizations
- Self-starter - you’ll own your pipeline, calendar, and revenue goals with minimal hand-holding
- Operationally savvy - understand performance metrics, margins, and how to structure profitable partnerships
- Energized by challenges and comfortable with some travel
Nice to Have
- Existing relationships in industrial distribution or automotive aftermarket
- Experience managing franchise systems, onboarding, or performance tracking
- Background in sales operations
