THE ROLE:
The Creator Partnerships Lead plays a key role in managing and optimizing user-generated content efforts to support our advertising and Ecommerce strategies. This role collaborates closely with the Ecommerce team to discover new creators, create compelling briefs, and manage communication and contract execution with creators. The ideal candidate understands the full UGC process (both first-hand and second-hand), values the power of authentic content, and is highly organized and communicative to ensure smooth execution and accountability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with advertising and Ecommerce teams to create clear, actionable briefs for UGC campaigns.
- Research, identify, and outreach to potential creators who align with our brand.
- Act as the primary liaison between creators and the Ecommerce team, ensuring prompt communication, overseeing contracts, coordinating product fulfillment and payments, and managing content delivery.
- Own the full UGC pipeline, including concept direction, creator onboarding, content review, packaging, and publishing.
- Monitor and track campaign progress, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Track the performance of UGC content across channels, compile insights, and make recommendations for optimization based on engagement, conversions, and other KPIs.
- Use and manage creator/UGC platforms (e.g., GRIN, Aspire, Tagger, or internal tools) to streamline outreach, contracting, and tracking.
- Maintain organized records of creator relationships, content assets, and campaign results.
- Use judgment to assess content quality and relevance, providing feedback and ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Hold creators and internal teams accountable to commitments and deadlines.
- Ensure all creator agreements include proper usage rights for paid ads, organic content, and cross-platform distribution, and track licensing windows to maintain compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of experience managing UGC creator marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and UGC contentās role in ecommerce.
- Experience from both the creator and brand perspectives, with a deep understanding of what drives successful UGC content.
- Strong awareness of emerging social media and ecommerce UGC trends, with a commitment to staying current and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to build strong relationships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Sound judgment and ability to make decisions that support brand integrity and campaign goals.
- Ability to hold oneself and others accountable to deadlines and quality standards.
- Familiarity with creator outreach tools and social media platforms is a plus.
