3.2. Is the Vyper Chair made in the USA?
Yes! We proudly make the Vyper Chair in Green Bay, WI. When you shop with Vyper, you get American quality while supporting American manufacturing.
3.3. What's the different between Quick Height and Acme Rod?
Our Quick Height Adjustment allows the height of the chair to quickly be adjusted within seconds.
Our Acme Rod Height Adjustment allows the height of the chair to be adjusted by spinning the seat to adjust up & down
3.4. What does MAX mean?
Products with "MAX" in the name mean they come with a backrest support. The only odd-ball out is the Robust Steel Sport, which also comes with a backrest.
3.5. What is the diameter and thickness of the seat cushion?
All of our rounded seats are 14" in diameter and 3" - 4" in thickness, depending on the model. If you would like to extend the width of your seat, please see our Big Boy Attachment.
Backrest & headrest cushions are 6" x 8". All product pages have specific dimension breakdowns.
3.6. How do I get a custom logo on my chair?
We offer custom embroidery on chair orders over 5+ chairs.

3.7. I already have a Vyper Chair. Can I swap out the legs for shorter / taller legs?
Yes. If your Vyper chair turns out to be too tall or too short for your work station, you can purchase a new set of arms to swap out on your chair to change the model type. Please contact a team member at sales@vyperindustrial.com to place an order.
3.8. Does the Vyper Chair come with armrests?
Vyper Chair models do not come with armrests, however, you can purchase them separately here. Armrests are only compatible with our Robust Steel Max and Elevated Steel Max models.
3.9. Can Vyper Chairs adjust in height? If so, how much?
Yes, the Robust Steel Max, Elevated Steel Max and Robust Steel Sport can adjust in height. Please see specifications on each product page to discover the adjustable height ranges.
3.10. Can I add locking casters to my Vyper Chair?
Each Vyper Chair already comes with two locking casters and a backrest rubber (if it has a backrest).
Locking casters are available as an add-on and can be found under the ‘Chair Accessories’ tab. If you’re working on an uneven surface like a sloped driveway, locking casters can help keep your chair in place when not being used.
3.11. Does the Vyper Chair come assembled?
No, all of our models require assembly. Assembly typically takes 20-30 minutes and only standard hand tools are necessary. No special tools are required for assembly.
