Refund policy
*To be eligible for a refund, a customer's item must meet all of the following criteria:
All returns must have prior approval from a Vyper Engineering LLC agent. Any such return will be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot accept returns after 30 days or on used, special orders, or custom items. Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items and custom orders cannot be refunded.
Shipping fees or any cost associated with international shipping, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are non-refundable. Products must be secured with original packaging in new/unused condition and must be shipped in a sturdy box. Return shipping to Vyper is the responsibility of the customer. Vyper reserves the right to refuse any deliveries that do not meet these conditions:
• Exchanges: On stock item exchanges of equal or greater value the restocking fee is waived. Customers are responsible for shipping fees of both the exchanged item and the replacement item. Exchanges are only possible if approved by a Vyper Engineering LLC agent.
• Other Scenarios: Products that no longer have the original packaging or that have been used can be shipped to Vyper prepaid. Upon receipt, Vyper will inspect the item and propose a restocking fee to customer if Vyper desires to keep it. The customer can then agree to the restocking proposal or receive the product back at customer's sole cost.
Vyper Engineering LLC will not be liable for product defect claims that are due to product misuse or improper product selection. Any liability for consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages are expressly disclaimed. Vyper Engineering LLC’s liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid for the product that gives rise to any liability. Warranty information including coverage, terms, length, etc. is subject to change without notice.
Missing Items and Damage Claims:
Any claims for damage or loss must be filed with the carrier and reported to Vyper Engineering LLC within 5 days of customer receipt of product.
If any product damage or missing items are discovered after delivery and not noted on the delivery ticket, it is unlikely that any costs related to such damaged or missing items will be recoverable from the carrier and, as such, customer will be responsible for all costs of any replacement parts and/or components or products resulting from such item being damaged or missing. If the carrier's driver will not wait for inspection of the shipment and product, customer should simply mark the shipment as damaged before signing.
In the event of major damages (for example, product box is clearly destroyed and/or was mishandled), Vyper suggests that the customer refuse the dleivery in its entirety. With any type of damage, contact Vyper immediately at (920) 301 - 3822 or email at the address below.
For items lost during shipping, a claim will need to be filed with the delivery service. Missing package investigations may take up to 5-10 business days. Please contact us at the email address below and we can assist in filing a claim with the delivery service.
