All Vyper Chair models feature up to a lifetime warranty on components, as detailed as follows:

1. All casters feature a two (2) year warranty. Vyper does not warranty damage as a result of poor maintenance, exposure to high heat, consumer alterations, rust and/or corrosion, disregard of weight capacity, general misuse, incorrect assembly and/or installation, and normal wear and tear.
2. All foot rails feature a one (1) year warranty. Vyper does not warranty damage as a result of poor maintenance, consumer alterations, rust and/or corrosion, disregard of weight capacity, general misuse, incorrect assembly and/or installation, and changes in surface finishes due to aging and/or normal wear and tear.
3. All legs feature a one (1) year warranty. Vyper does not warranty damage as a result of poor maintenance, consumer alterations, rust and/or corrosion, disregard of weight capacity, general misuse, incorrect assembly and/or installation, and changes in surface finishes due to aging and/or normal wear and tear.
4. All Quick Height adjustment systems feature a one (1) year warranty. Vyper does not warranty damage as a result of poor maintenance, consumer alterations, rust and/or corrosion, disregard of weight capacity, general misuse, incorrect assembly and/or installation, and changes in surface finishes due to aging and/or normal wear and tear.
5. All Acme Rod adjustment systems feature a one (1) year warranty. Vyper does not warranty damage as a result of poor maintenance, consumer alterations, rust and/or corrosion, disregard of weight capacity, general misuse, incorrect assembly and/or installation, and changes in surface finishes due to aging and/or normal wear and tear.
6. All hardware features a lifetime warranty. Vyper does not warranty damage as a result of overtightening, stripping, crossed threading, poor maintenance, consumer alterations, rust and/or corrosion, disregard of weight capacity, general misuse, incorrect assembly and/or installation, and changes in surface finishes due to aging and/or normal wear and tear.
7. All backrest brackets feature a one (1) year warranty. Vyper does not warranty damage as a result of poor maintenance, consumer alterations, rust and/or corrosion, disregard of weight capacity, general misuse, incorrect assembly and/or installation, and changes in surface finishes due to aging and/or normal wear and tear.
8. All cushions feature a six (6) month warranty. Vyper does not warranty damage or marking of materials caused by sharp or foreign objects and discoloration due to soiling, stains, or dye transfer. Furthermore, Vyper does not warranty damage as a result of poor maintenance, consumer alterations, general misuse, incorrect assembly and/or installation, and changes in surface finishes due to aging, exposure to sunlight and other elements, and/or normal wear and tear. 
9. Vyper does not warrant any products or components that are exposed to extreme environmental conditions or that have been subject to improper storage.

All Vyper Lay-Down Creepers feature up to a lifetime warranty on components, as detailed as follows:

1. All casters feature a two (2) year warranty. Vyper does not warranty damage as a result of poor maintenance, exposure to high heat, consumer alterations, rust and/or corrosion, disregard of weight capacity, general misuse, incorrect assembly and/or installation, and normal wear and tear.
2. All cushions feature a six (6) month warranty. Vyper does not warranty damage or marking of materials caused by sharp or foreign objects and discoloration due to soiling, stains, or dye transfer. Furthermore, Vyper does not warranty damage as a result of poor maintenance, consumer alterations, general misuse, incorrect assembly and/or installation, and changes in surface finishes due to aging, exposure to sunlight and other elements, and/or normal wear and tear. 
3. All SuperFabric bases feature a six (6) month warranty. Vyper does not warranty damage or marking of materials caused by sharp or foreign objects and discoloration due to soiling, stains, or dye transfer. Furthermore, Vyper does not warranty damage as a result of poor maintenance, consumer alterations, general misuse, incorrect assembly and/or installation, and changes in surface finishes due to aging, exposure to sunlight and other elements, and/or normal wear and tear. 
4. All hardware features a lifetime warranty. Vyper does not warranty damage as a result of overtightening, stripping, crossed threading, poor maintenance, consumer alterations, rust and/or corrosion, disregard of weight capacity, general misuse, incorrect assembly and/or installation, and changes in surface finishes due to aging and/or normal wear and tear.
5. All metal structural components feature a one (1) year warranty. Vyper does not warranty damage as a result of poor maintenance, consumer alterations, rust and/or corrosion, disregard of weight capacity, general misuse, incorrect assembly and/or installation, and changes in surface finishes due to aging and/or normal wear and tear.
6. All headrest adjustment systems feature a one (1) year warranty. Vyper does not warranty damage as a result of poor maintenance, consumer alterations, rust and/or corrosion, disregard of weight capacity, general misuse, incorrect assembly and/or installation, and changes in surface finishes due to aging and/or normal wear and tear.
7. Vyper does not warrant any products or components that are exposed to extreme environmental conditions or that have been subject to improper storage.

All Vyper accessories feature up to a one (1) warranty on components, as detailed as follows:

1. All Sidekicks feature a one (1) year warranty. Vyper does not warranty damage as a result of poor maintenance, consumer alterations, rust and/or corrosion, disregard of weight capacity, general misuse, incorrect assembly and/or installation, and changes in surface finishes due to aging and/or normal wear and tear.
2. All tool trays feature a one (1) year warranty. Vyper does not warranty damage as a result of poor maintenance, consumer alterations, rust and/or corrosion, disregard of weight capacity, general misuse, incorrect assembly and/or installation, and changes in surface finishes due to aging and/or normal wear and tear.
3. All Boy Boy’s feature a one (1) year warranty. Vyper does not warranty damage as a result of poor maintenance, consumer alterations, rust and/or corrosion, disregard of weight capacity, general misuse, incorrect assembly and/or installation, and changes in surface finishes due to aging and/or normal wear and tear. Vyper does not warranty damage or marking of materials caused by sharp or foreign objects and discoloration due to soiling, stains, or dye transfer.
4. All casters locks feature a one (1) year warranty. Vyper does not warranty damage as a result of poor maintenance, exposure to high heat, consumer alterations, rust and/or corrosion, disregard of weight capacity, general misuse, incorrect assembly and/or installation, and normal wear and tear.
5. Vyper does not warrant any products or components that are exposed to extreme environmental conditions or that have been subject to improper storage.

All Vyper fans feature a six (6) month warranty. Vyper does not warranty damage as a result of improper power supply, poor maintenance, consumer alterations, rust and/or corrosion, general misuse, incorrect assembly and/or installation, and changes in surface finishes due to aging and/or normal wear and tear. Vyper does not warrant any products or components that are exposed to extreme environmental conditions or that have been subject to improper storage.

Note: The Products being ordered by Buyer are warranted by the Seller to substantially conform with the specifications agreed to by the Seller and Buyer and to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period as designated above (or such other period as may be mutually agreed to in writing by Buyer and Seller) from the date of actual delivery to Buyer, provided the Products are (as applicable) stored, handled, fabricated and/or installed in the manner recommended by Seller. Seller’s sole and exclusive obligation, and Buyer's sole and exclusive right, with respect to claims under this warranty shall be limited, at Seller’s option, either to (a) the replacement or repair of a defective or non-conforming Product, or (b) an appropriate credit for the purchase price thereof. Seller shall have a reasonable time to repair, replace or credit.  This warranty shall not be interpreted to provide coverage for, and Seller shall not be liable or responsible for, any costs associated with any value added improvements or modifications made to the Products or for any product in which the Products have been incorporated into by Buyer or any other third parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Seller shall have no obligations for breach of warranty if the alleged defect or non-conformance is found to have occurred as a result of: environmental or stress testing, misuse, neglect, improper installation, accident, improper repair, alteration, modification, improper storage, improper transportation or improper handling of the Products, after the risk of loss in the Products has passed to Buyer.
