2.1. What is the 105% Money Back Guarantee?

Here at Vyper, our mission is to deliver exceptional products that exceeds our customers expectations, every time.
We hold the highest standards on the quality of our products an we test every one of our products before it’s released to the market to ensure that we exceed your level of expectations.

Therefore, if at any time within 30 days after your purchase, for any reason, you’re not happy we’ll refund your money +5%! All you have to do is package everything back up in the original packaging and ship it back to us. That simple!

If for some reason you would ever be dissatisfied, contact us to return your product within 30 days of your purchase. Vyper will cover the shipping from your location back to our facility. Guarantees are applicable to purchases made from vyperindustrial.com only.

2.3. How do I ship my order back to you?

If you would like to return your Vyper Chair, please wrap all pieces as they were received and place the parts back in the original packaging.

Once parts are placed back in the original packaging, please contact our sales team at sales@vyperindustrial.com to receive a return label.

The cost of the return label is due to the customer if it has been more than 30 days since your purchase

2.3. Can I exchange my Vyper Chair for a different Vyper Chair?

Yes, as long as the Vyper Chair has not been damaged or used. If your Vyper Chair is damaged or used, unfortunately we will not be able to exchange it for a different model.

If you'd like to return your used Vyper Chair and purchase another Vyper Chair, that is totally acceptable. Note: there is a restocking fee for your returned Vyper Chair.
