Internship Overview:
Vyper is looking for a Sales Intern to join our rapidly expanding team. As an intern, you’ll support our Sales Department, gain valuable real-world experience, and learn the ins and outs of customer service and sales. You will assist with lead generation, pipeline development, and day-to-day operations. This hands-on role is perfect for anyone eager to build a solid foundation in sales and contribute to a fast-growing company.
DAY-TO-DAY TASKS:
Direct Marketing (40%)
- Cold calling small businesses in our core markets to introduce Vyper products and our B2B selling
- capabilities
- Assessing client needs and following up with personalized emails and product literature
Early-Stage Project Qualification (20%)
- Identifying and researching new projects in various stages (e.g., build, renovation) to position Vyper products as potential specifications
- Entering project details into our CRM (HubSpot) and setting follow-up tasks with the appropriate contacts
Sales Process (20%)
- Learn the full sales cycle, from prospecting and quoting to negotiating and closing deals
- Incentive awarded on successful sales
Data Entry/Quoting (10%)
Supporting the B2B team with quotes, data entry, and administrative tasks to move sales forwardCustomer Experience (CX) (10%)
Assisting the customer experience team with inbound calls, helping customers with product inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter
