1.1. I just placed an order, when will my chair arrive?
Normal lead times for non-custom orders are 1-5 days and 3-4 weeks for custom orders.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. All domestic packages ship via FedEx or USPS and delivery time within the United States is 3-5 business days. Please note that once the package leaves our warehouse, we no longer have any control over the package.
1.2. I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive. If you have not received an order confirmation email within 24 hours of submission, please contact a team member at sales@vyperindustrial.com.
1.3. What carrier do you use for shipments?
We utilize our partnerships with FedEx to provide you with the lowest rates along with the highest accuracy of on time shipments.
We also utilize USPS for smaller packages like the Sidekick, Big Boy and other accessories.
1.4. I entered the wrong shipping address, how can I fix it?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please send us an email as soon as possible to sales@vyperindustrial.com with your order number and the correct address.
Please note, once an order has left the warehouse, we are unable to change the shipping address.
1.5. What if I want to cancel or exchange my order?
Changes can be made to orders after they have been submitted but only before they have been shipped. If you need to make a change to your order or would like to cancel, please contact a team member as soon as possible at sales@vyperindustrial.com.
1.6. I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?
Our goal is to provide immediate customer service. We aim to respond to all customer emails within 24 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be slightly longer during product launches or holidays.
1.7. Do you ship internationally?
At this moment, we do not ship internationally. However, we do have distributors in Europe, Australia and Canada. Please contact our sales team at (920) 301 - 3822 for international orders.
