Our lead time for regular chairs (no custom logo) is 5-10 business days.
Our lead time for custom chairs (custom logo) is 7-14 business days.
We have a 90 day limited warranty. To learn more, please scroll to section #6: Limited Warranty using this link.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked.

*Please note that you will be charged a 10% restocking fee if your order was opened and used.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express but feel free to contact us for other payment options.
We also offer installment plans such as ShopPay and Klarna where you can buy today and pay later.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email (& SMS, if entered) with a tracking number for your shipment. Please allow for 1-4 business days for your order to be delivered.

Most definitely! When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.
