OVERVIEW:
Are you a creative storyteller who lives and breathes social media? We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own our brand’s voice online—posting content that connects, builds community, and drives growth. You'll bring strategy, energy, and a pulse on trends to help us stand out and scale our digital presence. If you're passionate about creating scroll-stopping content and turning analytics into action, this role is for you.
DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES:
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with overall brand and marketing goals
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all major social platforms
- Monitor daily performance of posts and stories, adjusting based on trends and engagement metrics
- Track and report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and click-throughs
- Analyze performance data to optimize future content and posting strategies
- Stay current on social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, campaigns, and company initiatives
- Identify and test new tactics for organic growth, including hashtags, partnerships, and platform features
- Engage with followers and community members to strengthen brand loyalty and visibility
- Working with social media influencers for content collaborations
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
- 2–4 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
- Strong understanding of all major social platforms
- Proven track record of growing social media audiences and increasing engagement
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools, as well as content editing software and apps
- Solid writing skills with a knack for crafting engaging, platform-appropriate copy
- Creative thinker who stays up to date on trends, tools, and platform changes
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with social media influencers
- Understanding of e-commerce and marketing strategies
